ALL communication with NHR should be via email unless it is an emergency. The NHR team works in shifts and there is always someone in the office between 11am and 10pm on weekdays. NHR does not work on the weekends. NHR will respond to emergencies outside of working hours, but all other communication will be dealt with during working hours.
Please do not contact NHR via phone call or Kakao unless it is an absolute emergency.
Not all problems constitute an emergency. Even in the case of an emergency, there may be little that NHR can do to solve a problem in the middle of the night or on the weekend if say a plumber or technician is needed. In this case, it may just be best to inform the security / info desk of your building of the problem and they can send the building repairman to temporarily solve the problem until the housing manager can deal with the problem and someone can be sent out.
Please also remember that NHR is here to help the NETs, but they are also human. Please treat them with respect and kindness.
When contacting NHR via email, please make sure the subject of the email is clear. Label your subject: Department – Details.
